The yoga classes will be held at Kerala bamboo house everyday at 9 am and 5 pm . The experienced yogacharya will take the classes on those timings with meditation and apart from these the clients can have the pranic healing, reiki healing, counseling, palmistry, Oogy reflexology, shiatsu, Thai therapy deep tissue therapy, Thai yoga and eye therapy.
Yoga is basically a way of life which has been evolved as a system to go beyond the personality – complex and achieve absolute freedom – liberation of the spirit from the matter.
